How to Win an Ex Back – Relationship Tips – 30 Day No Contact Mindset – Part 4

I’m back…and I’m here to help! And I brought part four of my continuing series on how to get your ex back using the 30 day NC strategy. In my previous article entitled : How to Win an Ex Back – Relationship Tips – 30 Day NC Mindset – Part 3, I went over what not to do in the beginning phases of the 30 day no contact.
Now, lets talk about what you “should “ be doing that will help you get back your ex boyfriend or ex girlfriend and why. You ready? OK, then let’s get the ball rolling.
Worry
Worry my friend is a prayer for disaster, every moment you focus on the negative, you are praying for it to happen. Is this what you want? I hope you answered “no.” With that said, why worry about your ex and what they are doing?
Every time a window closes (your old relationship with your ex), another path opens up somewhere else (your future relationship with your ex), you should be spending your time looking for that new path, not fretting over the closed window.
Why listen to your peers and what they say they saw or heard…did you see it? Many relationships and marriages have ended over false information, or advice supplied by their friends. If your friends really want to help, they should support you, not undermine your efforts by giving you misinformation in an email or text message.
Do not “what if” yourself about; will my partner forget me while I am using the 30 day no contact strategy? Is this going to help you…or hurt you? It will most definitely hurt you, so you must avoid it at all costs; but how are you going to do that? I am so glad you asked, here is what you are going to do.
Hard Work
That’s right…you are going to work hard to understand and control your negative emotions, so they do not get the better of you, and this situation. I would suggest subliminal tapes as an easy way to get started. There is really nothing easier than listening to music, while getting your subconscious retrained during your time using the 30 day NC.
I have used these in the past and they have helped me…if you listen to them everyday for the recommended amount of time. There are also exercises to help trick your mind into letting go of negative thoughts about your ex and grabbing onto positive beliefs.
I will share one of these relationship tips in an upcoming article so stay tuned…okay? After all, wherever your mind goes…your body follows, so make sure you are sending yourself in the right direction…forward into the promising future.
Please! Do Not Make This Mistake
Why would anyone do this? I mean do you really think by randomly getting advice from friends, family and co-workers that you are going to succeed? You need a plan, a plan that works, and you need it now. What? You do not have a plan?
